Bylaws & Legal Documents
Our bylaws are the rules established by the Plumas Pines II Home Owners Association to regulate ourselves. These bylaws are mandated by the State of California and cover such thongs at membership, meetings, officers and the such.
Architectural Standards
The Home Owners Association has developed for the mutual benefit of all its homeowners a committee whose goal is to maintain the four common areas as open space and to preserve the value, desirability, attractiveness and architectural integrity of its 42 home community. For those wanting to change the exterior of their home here is the request form.
CC&R's, Year to Date Financials
Covenants, conditions and restrictions are agreements between the home owners in our association. They involve the conditions and restrictions associated with the use of land covered by our owner group. Also included in this section are our current year financials.
Board Communications
The Board will , on a periodic basis, publish communications that are relevant to the association.
